New Zealand has found a very good way--use  Decor de Halloween to build prisons .

The garden product corrections minister of this country is proud of the country's new container jail, which she said will be comfortable.

Ms Collins says - along with double bunking - the container cells have averted a beds crisis in the country's jails.

"They certainly can be made into very nice homes. They can be made obviously into very good prison cells," she said.

"Look, they are actually prison cells at the end of the day; they are not a holiday camp.

"Shipping containers are made to contain freight to place in freight boats to take from A to B. They're not designed for human beings," he said.

Twelve metre long containers have been converted into three cells, each accommodating two men.
